How we can design and customize our organization methodology with a combination of Scrum and also use the PMBOK guide to design an Evolution methodology?
We use Project Server 2007 and Visual Studio Team System 2010.
Many of the department groups work with Project Server. Programmers and Developers work with VSTS and Others managed by MS CRM.
Is there any article for 'How we integrate those solutions'?
Is there any way to manage them using centralized tools and methodologies?
Now my question focuses on programmers that work with project server and time-sheet and work with TFS organizational strength to use one of them, or integrate them together.
Is this true? or we can work with them together without any conflict?
