How we can design and customize our organization methodology with a combination of Scrum and also use the PMBOK guide to design an Evolution methodology?

We use Project Server 2007 and Visual Studio Team System 2010.

Many of the department groups work with Project Server. Programmers and Developers work with VSTS and Others managed by MS CRM.

  • Is there any article for 'How we integrate those solutions'?

  • Is there any way to manage them using centralized tools and methodologies?

Now my question focuses on programmers that work with project server and time-sheet and work with TFS organizational strength to use one of them, or integrate them together.

Is this true? or we can work with them together without any conflict?

It seems to me that there's a mix of concepts here that needs to be clarified to understand better what's being asked. You mention methodologies, practices, tools, but it's hard to understand what's the real problem you're facing (as CodeGnome said). – Tiago Cardoso♦ Dec 30 '12 at 19:25

PMBOK is not method.

Organizations are free to design whatever methods they want. That's how methods evolve and improve.

In fact, methods should be tailored for the project at hand, as they are all unique.
