40 work hours a week is said to be the limit for productiveness, does it include open-source? I program at work all day. I then get home, spend time with my family, put my headphones and program for hours. It's relaxing - there is no stress, it's my project, I'm learning something new everyday. |

What are non-functional quantitative requirements? Hi, scalability isn't a characteristics of a quality model, therefore I've put the requirement under efficiency. You can rephrase it to say: "System must be able to handle 10,000 concurrent users effectively." |

What should I do in my weekly updates to project plans Can you tell us a bit more about your team please? I would probably suggest that developers might be equally responsible for closing the tasks. If you see that certain developer spent two or more days without closing any tasks or updating the progress, then concerns should be raised as it may affect the delivery date. |
