| Apr 13, 2018 at 12:23 | comment | added | Keith | I think I'm actually finding a reasonable way to provide estimates using Kanban instead of planning/estimating in a Scrum fashion. Using our lead & processing times gives me enough information to see the constraints and make improvements as well as being able to tell how long certain tasks will take. We're making all work visible too, which is a big help. All this information is provided by the software we've switched to (previously used Trello but outgrew it). That means, no need to track the team's time for now. Baby steps! | |
