The real issues are related to Sprint Goals and the idea that units of work in a cohesive plan is fungible. "You can but you shouldn't" is a good start, but your supporting arguments don't really hold up. Maybe if you explained why it's incorrect or ineffecient, or even why you think the team shouldn't be synchronized all along anyway, your answer would better support your premise. | |
