You could set up multiple swim lanes, or multiple boards--it really just depends on what works for your team. If you have specific implementation questions down the road, you can always ask them as separate questions on this stack. As for resources, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanban_%28development%29 has some information and links, and is a reasonable place to start your self-education. | |

I mean, can 3 resources working on one product and 3 others working on another, use the same Kanban board? Sorry, if this is a foolish question - I don't know much about Kanban. Any good resources for me to learn about Kanban? | |
