What are current world-wide numbers of people who are:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- Prince2 certified
For Prince2 there was a study saying following:
In the past few years, certification has had a steady growth of approximately 25% per year. This trend is expected to continue for at least a couple of years. The following graph shows the PMI and IPMA certifications. Unfortunately, there are no statistics about the total number of PRINCE2 certified people worldwide since 2000. However estimates are that in 2009, more than half a million people have a PRINCE2 certification.

Project Management Professional (PMP)
As of 31 July 2010 (2010 -07-31), there were 393,413 active PMP certified individuals worldwide. Over 4,300 individuals a month, since September 2006, have obtained a PMP certification

Actual numbers are now available on the Scrum Alliance web site. As of November 21, 2013 there are nearly a quarter million CSMs (249,221).
The PMI publishes their membership and credential stats periodically. The latest numbers I could find were from their February 2014 PMI Today publication. The numbers are as of 31 December 2013:
There are a number of specialization certifications, but they are all still under 5,000 recipients.
I'd place a link to this resource, but it is available online only to members. The reference is: PMI Today, February 2014, Pg. 4, PMI Fact File.
