I was appointed as a Project Manager in Research Web-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Since the company was start-up i made continuous efforts for company's success, i experienced Business Administration, Business Development, H.R Management and Web Project Management. Looking over my performance, the administration decided to gave me an opportunity to be a board member, at very tender age it was a big position for me but i accepted roles as a Project Manager and i consider myself as a Project Manager since this was my one of challenging and great experience though and would always like to enhance my skills in this particular area.

I have quiet remarkable experience with client working in Research Web-Tech Pvt. Ltd. The main project was of Indian Army which challenged my all skills level and we successfully delivered it before committed deadline. Various other number of Offshore clients i had worked with were a part of my learning the skills i have today.

’Im truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.

Right now i have been working with Pic N Frames Technologies and always eager to learn new things.
