Every business has a vision and demands a person that will deliver on measurable business goals. And I am the conduit between service delivery organization and a customer that ties up the value chain and software development process.

Starting my career as an engineer, I got an entrepreneurial mindset and passed all stages of value chain delivery: from making agreements to delivering final reports and getting money for accounts payable. Therefore, my shift to managerial positions was not a thunderclap.

As a Professional Scrum Master I certified professional with a strong managerial background in traditional and agile techniques, I lead my teams to self-organization and cross-functionality, focused on delivering features, not single components.

I am passionate about education and professional networking and putting the results in practice soon after I get it and encourage such an attitude to self-study in my coworkers.
