I'm currently a Project Manager for a Web Dev firm that's based in Toronto. I've been a Technical/Support Analyst in a past life for 7 years. During that time, I did get to work on projects firsthand as a Business Analyst and consultant. Now that I'm in the role full time, I find it to be the journey that's filled with opportunities and vast amounts of knowledge.

Is a Project Manager a function or a defined role? The more I read and learn, the more I'm convinced that it's not just a job function and is easily the latter.
