Jan 4, 2016 at 20:30 comment added jason.t.knight There is certainly enough work for a full-time Scrum Master given a couple conditions. First, the organization is new to Scrum. Second the team is very new to practicing Scrum and self-organization. Given either of these two, in any substantial measure, a Scrum Master will have a lot of work to do day in and day out until Scrum is well understood throughout the organization and until the teams well understands Scrum and self-organization.
