The communication is open, I'm not in a closed office and my co-manager isn't either. I'm listening to teams members, and if they point me something wrong, I'm gratefull, because this is the only way to progress. But I feel him quite scared - maybe the word is too strong, but the idea is here - of engaging communication when he needs to. Anyway, thank for the feedback, I see good hints in what you wrote. | |
