Despite all the provided information, unfortunately I don't get why you see this as a "perfect opportunity". Either way, if at all, why not take it as an opportunity to work with the people, and avoid presenting all the metrics. There must be someone available who you can ask for an assessment of your available resources to share thoughts / perfoemance expectations, no? | |
