That seems a little high (burn charts? producing those takes effectively zero time if you have the right tool and I only do it once per sprint) but I don't see how you can fairly attribute comms and resolving impediments to the events or the framework. Those things ought to be similar or the same regardless of whether you are using Scrum. | |

I provide a breakdown in a related post that shows an average of 30% overhead (higher on shorter Sprints, lower on longer Sprints). Scrum implementations can and do vary, so your actual overhead will vary too. | |
