Are there no dependencies within the ART on the team's deliverables? If not, why is the team even doing those things? I realize this is technically begging the question, but it seems like an X/Y problem of sorts when a pragmatic answer (rather than a purely academic answer) depends a lot on how a team can "fail" a Sprint Goal without impacting the rest of the ART in some way. | |
