At the beginning we have to migrate portal server version and I expect to have much work to do in the first sprint before having something deliverable to the customer. But the team isn't much experienced in Scrum so we may be wrong. Probably in the first sprint planning meeting it's better to see if at least one user story does fit in a two week sprint. And ... we'll do retrospective of course, thanks for the suggestion | |
